WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN

DEVELOP SKILL, NOT  KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge is cool. It really is helpful.

But knowing what to do is not the same as being good at doing it

In this course, you are going to develop real skill, by practicing with our AI powered Training Games and putting what you've learned to use.
By the end of this course, you will:
  • Be confident holding someone Accountable
  • Be able to successfully navigate Excuses.
  • Set people up to be accountable by Setting Expectations.
  • Start difficult conversations (delegation, feedback, etc) with confidence by Enrolling them beforehand.
  • Have clarity on where you'll use these skills, and a plan for implementing them in your day to day.

Our Unique Approach to Leadership Training

Here are the three pillars on which this course is built:

Learn

You've got to know what to do before you can do it well.

In each module, you'll watch a brief Micro-Learning video (<5minutes) that teaches you the Talk Track for that particular skill.

You'll also get a PDF version of the Talk Track, so you can have it open when practicing.

Practice

Practice makes better. Better conversations, better outcomes.

You're about a dozen practice reps away from being significantly better at each of these skills.

You'll practice in our AI powered training games, trying out each of the Talk Tracks and customizing them so they feel more and more comfortable

Feedback

Practice is great, but feedback is what really helps us develop skill.

After each practice session, you'll be given feedback on how well you followed the talk track and applied the skill.

Try again and focus on applying the feedback you receive to rapidly level up your abilities!

Some Frequently Asked Questions

Are the training games just chat bots?

Not at all. You'll practice speaking to an avatar that is primed to be the type of employee you regularly deal with. It'll be set in a scenario that feels familiar, and you should be prepared for them to push back/argue with you just like your team does! It's these realistic practice environments that allow you to level up your skills!

How many times should I practice?

While it really does vary per person, you should set a goal of a dozen practice sessions in each skill. That'll give you a chance to develop real familiarity with the Talk Track, customize it so it looks/feels like you, and be comfortable with the most challenging conversations. You can practice an unlimited number of times, but a goal of 12 times per skill would be wise.

How much time will it take?

Each practice session will likely take you 10-15 minutes. That includes conversation & feedback time. So, you can likely get through 3 - 5 sessions in an hour and that'd mean somewhere around 3 hours per skill. There are 4 skills, so you can expect to spend around 12 hours working through this course.

We recommend blocking out an hour a week so you can complete this entire course (and gain all of that skill!) inside a 3 month window. You could certainly do it faster, or slower, depending on your calendar and situation.

What is the outcome that I can expect after completing this course?

You'll be significantly more comfortable in the most challenging leadership conversations you've typically struggled with. You'll be excellent at holding people accountable, handling their excuses, setting expectations, and starting difficult conversations.
